Our client, a working artist sought a living space that resonated with uniqueness and vibrancy. The project aimed at a partial remodel, with a primary focus on Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selections. Additionally, custom woodwork in the entryway was a must.

This initial conceptualization serves as a blueprint for the subsequent phases. As we transition to the final floor plan, each element is refined with precision and attention to detail. Spatial relationships are fine-tuned, and the functional aspects are optimized to meet the specific needs of the client.
